João’s property development expertise spans over twenty years, during which he executed several turn-key restoration projects, directly exposing him to the work of acclaimed architects Jo Noero, Michael Sutton, Robert Howden, Herbert Baker and Peter Rich.
He began investing in sites with heritage and architectural merit. In 2005, he purchased Johannesburg’s Rosebank Post Office; a turn-of-the-century landmark building. He restored the impressive skeleton to its original neo-classical beauty and co-founded The Monarch Boutique Hotel within its walls.
João has designed, executed and consulted on turn-key projects in South Africa, Mozambique, Zambia, Angola, Ghana, Mauritius and Portugal.
He is able to marry his passion for property, art and architecture both locally and abroad to execute new and existing developments with demanding design and installation criteria.

Tori is an interior designer with over 10 years experience in the property and renovation industry. Beginning her career as a project manager, she built a strong foundation in overseeing renovations from concept to completion, giving her a holistic perspective that blends creativity with practical construction knowledge.
She now focuses on the design phase, specializing in layouts, moodboards, and space planning tailored to each client’s lifestyle and vision. By combining innovation with functionality, Tori creates interiors that are both beautiful and practical.
Her design philosophy centers on how people truly live and interact with their spaces, resulting in interiors that feel effortless, intentional, and timeless – reflections of each client’s unique identity.

Joyce has over 25 years experience in accounting and administration with a strong background in financial management and improving operational efficiency.
She is highly skilled in streamlining administrative processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and accurate financial management.
